Bush Order Expands Network Monitoring by NSA, the people who brought us Illegal Wiretapping

The Washington Post has reported that Bush has ordered expanded Internet network monitoring to stop the stealing of US Government Data by . . . whoever. Of course, we all know where this is going. This is going to be a blanket abrogation of Internet Privacy, along with all the other Rights the Bushies have ignored and ripped away from us.

And what people who don’t understand TECH don’t realize is that there is a very easy way to make a Government system safe, or any system, for that matter. Simply do NOT hook it up to the OPEN INTERNET. Make it a closed system. End of Problem.

So a law to make all sensitive government systems closed systems would be a whole lot cheaper and more effective. But then the Bushies wouldn’t have their mandate to read all our emails.
