So now Keisler, former AT&T Legal Hatchetman, is now head of DOJ? The blog, Next Hurrah, has entitled this event The United States of AT&T. I’ve gotta wonder how this move will affect the upcoming FCC Spectrum Auction, now that the Bush Administration has GIVEN our legal system to the Telecomms. I also doubt highly that any headway against prosecution of AT&T for illegally wiretapping US citizens will ever happen.

How absolutely f*cked up. It will take a new administration YEARS to repair all this damage the BushWhacker has done. This is without a doubt the most corrupt regime in the history of the US.
