Taking a HARD look at the Business of Politics

The Plog Politicians love to hate.

I think Trent Lott needs to hear from his constituents re Media Consolidation

A Republican stands up against further media consolidation, and instead of hearing WOOTs from his constituents, they’ve been silent. According to Broadcasting & Cable, “The FCC’s announcement of the hearing came the same day Sens. Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.) and Trent Lott (R-Miss.) vowed to slow down a timetable that would lead to a mid-December vote on the rule changes, but Lott said it was not an issue that he was getting a lot of constituent calls about.”

Let’s get on the horn, folks. We need to reward good behavior as well as shout down the bad.
