I hate to say it, but he’s right about Al Gore. Though I think Gore would have been eons better than the alternative we ended up with, I’ve never liked the man. Years ago when Gore started preaching about the environment I pointed out that
he has more than two kids– FOUR actually. People looked at me like I was freaking nuts, as if to say, “So?” Anyone who is a TRUE environmentalist is also a follower of the Zero-Pop doctrine. So he always came across as a bit of a hypocrite to me. Now here it is again.
Liberal as I am at heart (if not at wallet) it pains me to say that I think there are probably many Republicans who are Greener than Al Gore.
