So it goes
Kurt Vonnegut, the anti-war novelist whose dark comedy/tragedy, Slaughterhouse Five, came to be the iconic novel of the Vietnam War Protest Movement, is dead at the age of 84. His unfailing moral compass will be sorely missed, and one only hopes that in true Vonnegutian fashion, he’s reincarnated into one of Geoge Bush’s pets, and becomes the conscience that God left out of that particular package.
So it goes.
